Standard rental rates
Sunday: 5 Hour Rental Main Hall- $750
Monday-Thursday: 5 Hour Rental Main Hall- $650
Friday: 6 Hour Rental Main Hall: $1250
Saturday: 8 Hour Anytime Rental: $1750
Saturday: 5 Hour Daytime (Out by 4pm) Rental: $750
Saturday: 6 Hour Evening (5pm or later start) Rental: $1500
Add The Beauregard Room to any rental for $500
Add Additional Hours: $100 Each for evening and weekend events
$250 Date Retainer due with contract to reserve a date. Balance due 30 days prior to your event.
Minimum rental times shown above. This time includes all decorating and tear down time.
REMINDER: All rentals include tables and chairs. All draping, string lights and uplights remain for all events. Speaker w/mic, wedding arch, bar, WiFi and tv w/HDMI are all available for use at no additional charge. All tables will be set up to your specifications when you arrive. We do not provide any linens or chair covers.
